4. When did the Company go public?
On July 23, 2004, Bucyrus became a publicly traded company with an IPO price of $18.00 per share. Bucyrus has been publicly held several times throughout the course of its history.

Earnings are released on both a quarterly and annualized basis. The typical earnings release schedule is:
• May (1st Qtr)
• August (2nd Qtr)
• November (3rd Qtr)
• February (4th Qtr and Fiscal Year End)

11. How do I know when investor meetings and teleconferences are scheduled?

12. When is Bucyrus’ next annual meeting of shareholders?
Bucyrus’ next annual meeting of shareholders is targeted for late April 2008. The location is to be determined. We encourage our shareholders to participate in this meeting either in person or by proxy.

13. Where are my stock certificates?
Most Bucyrus shareholders hold their stock in “Street Name” (i.e. their broker) and do not receive stock certificates. If you would like to request a stock certificate be mailed to you, contact your broker.

14. Has Bucyrus had any stock splits?
Yes, Bucyrus’ common stock split three-for-two at the close of trading on March 29, 2006 and began trading on a post-split basis March 30, 2006.

15. Does Bucyrus pay a cash dividend?
Bucyrus has paid quarterly dividends, without interruption, since 2004. The Board of Directors determines the amount of each dividend at each regularly scheduled meeting.
